Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: August 21, 2026

1. Purpose

This Acceptable Use Policy explains what counts as acceptable use of Fexyn VPN. It exists to protect the experience of everyone on the network, not to catch anyone out. Almost every customer will never come close to the limits described here.

Your use of Fexyn is also governed by our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. This policy is incorporated into the Terms by reference.

2. Fair use of bandwidth

Fexyn runs on shared infrastructure. Every server carries many people at once, so a single account that saturates a server slows everyone else down. Fair use is what keeps the network fast for all of us.

Every paid plan includes high-speed bandwidth with no fixed monthly cap for normal personal and business use. You do not need to ration your usage. Normal use includes streaming, browsing, video calls, file downloads, gaming, and similar day-to-day activity.

What is not acceptable is using the connection in a way that degrades service for other users or places sustained, disproportionate load on a server. The following are prohibited:

  • Running services for others. Operating public-facing servers, proxies, exit nodes, or relay services through the VPN.
  • Saturating server capacity. Sustained automated bulk data transfer designed to consume a server's capacity.
  • Reselling bandwidth. Reselling or redistributing your Fexyn bandwidth to third parties.

If an account's usage sits substantially above the norm, we may apply a per-connection speed limit to keep access fair for everyone else. This is a speed limit, not a disconnection, and your account stays active. If we apply one, we will notify you, and you can contact support if you believe it was applied in error.

We may suspend or terminate accounts engaged in persistent, extreme bandwidth abuse. We will notify you if we take that step.

3. Prohibited activities

Regardless of bandwidth, you must not use Fexyn to:

  • Carry out any activity that violates applicable law.
  • Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages, distribute malware, or conduct attacks such as denial-of-service, port scanning, or credential brute-forcing.
  • Interfere with or degrade the service for other users.
  • Attempt to circumvent Fexyn's abuse controls.
  • Share your account credentials with others.

4. Enforcement

Where an account breaks this policy, Fexyn may, at its sole discretion, apply a speed limit, suspend service, or terminate the account.

  • A first issue involving bandwidth fair use will usually result in a speed limit and a notification, not immediate termination.
  • Accounts terminated for policy violations are not eligible for a refund.
  • You can appeal any decision by contacting support@fexyn.com.

5. Data we use for enforcement

To run the service and enforce this policy, Fexyn records the total number of bytes each account transfers, aggregated per account and updated periodically. That figure is a count, and nothing more.

It contains no information about which websites you visit, what content you access, your DNS queries, or anything about the content of your traffic. This is consistent with our no-logs commitment: we keep no browsing-history, DNS-query, or traffic-content logs. See the Privacy Policy for the full detail and No-Logs Policy for a plain-language explanation.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we make a material change, the date at the top of this page will change, and we will give notice as described in our Terms of Service. Continued use of the service after a change means you accept the updated policy.
