Affiliate Program Terms

1. Program Overview

The Fexyn VPN Affiliate Program (“Program”) allows approved participants (“Affiliates”) to earn recurring commissions by referring new paying customers to Fexyn VPN. These terms govern your participation in the Program and supplement the Fexyn VPN Terms of Service.

2. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age.
• You must have a valid Fexyn VPN account in good standing.
• Acceptance into the Program is at Fexyn's sole discretion. We may reject or revoke any application without providing a reason.
• You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction, including tax obligations on affiliate earnings.

3. Commission Structure

Commission rates are displayed in your affiliate dashboard and depend on your current tier. Commissions are calculated as a percentage of the gross amount the customer pays per renewal — that is, the charged amount after any discount or promo code is applied, including any sales tax or VAT that we collect at checkout. Stripe (or crypto-processor) processing fees are not deducted before the commission is calculated. If a referred customer is refunded or charges back the payment, the corresponding commission is voided or, if it has already been paid out, is recovered from your next payout (see Section 7). Commissions are recurring for the lifetime of the referred customer's subscription, subject to these terms.

4. Commission Tiers

Affiliates progress through tiers based on the number of paying referrals within a rolling 30-day window:

Tier upgrades are automatic. Once earned, tiers are never downgraded. The Elite tier is available only by direct invitation from Fexyn.

5. Payment Terms

• Minimum payout: $50.00 USD. Balances below this threshold roll over to the next payout cycle.
• Hold period: Commissions are held for 45 days after the qualifying transaction to account for refunds and chargebacks.
• Payout schedule: Approved commissions may be withdrawn once the minimum payout threshold is met and the hold period has elapsed. Withdrawal requests are processed within 7 business days. Fexyn reserves the right to batch-process payouts on a monthly schedule.
• Payment methods: Payouts are currently available via cryptocurrency only. Supported coins are listed in your affiliate dashboard under Withdrawal Method. Additional payment methods (PayPal, bank transfer) may be added in the future. Affiliates must provide a valid wallet address on the correct blockchain network.
• Wallet responsibility: You are responsible for providing a valid wallet address on the correct blockchain network. Fexyn is not responsible for funds sent to an incorrect address or to an incompatible network (for example, sending USDT on Polygon to a Tron-network wallet). Once a payout transaction is broadcast to the blockchain, it is irreversible.
• Voided commissions: If the referred customer's payment is refunded or charged back, the associated commission is voided.
• Refund clawback: If a referred customer receives a refund after the commission has been paid to the affiliate, the refunded commission amount will be deducted from the affiliate's available balance. If the balance is insufficient, the deficit will carry forward and be deducted from future earnings.

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Self-referral — Referring yourself or accounts you control.
• Trademark bidding — Bidding on “Fexyn,” “Fexyn VPN,” or similar terms in paid search advertising.
• Cookie stuffing — Using hidden iframes, forced redirects, or scripts to set referral cookies without genuine user intent.
• Misleading claims — Making false or exaggerated claims about Fexyn VPN's features, pricing, or performance.
• Spam — Sending unsolicited emails, messages, or any communication in violation of applicable anti-spam laws.
• Incentivized traffic — Offering cash, points, or rewards in exchange for signups through your referral link.

Violation of any prohibited activity may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of all pending commissions.

7. FTC Disclosure Requirement

You must clearly disclose your affiliate relationship with Fexyn in all promotional content, in compliance with the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) Endorsement Guides and equivalent regulations in your jurisdiction. Disclosures must be prominent, clear, and placed near the affiliate link or recommendation.

8. Attribution

• Cookie duration: Referral cookies last 60 days from the user's last click.
• Attribution model: Last-click attribution. The last affiliate link clicked before purchase receives credit.
• Promo code priority: If a customer applies a promo code at checkout that belongs to a different affiliate than the cookie, the promo code affiliate receives credit.

9. Termination

• Either party may terminate participation with 30 days written notice.
• Fexyn may terminate immediately and without notice for violation of these terms or any prohibited activity.
• Upon termination without cause, cleared (approved) commissions will be paid according to the regular payout schedule.
• Upon termination for cause, all pending and unpaid commissions are forfeited.

10. Limitation of Liability

Fexyn's total liability to you under the Program is limited to the total commissions paid to you in the 12 months preceding the claim. Fexyn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your participation in the Program.

11. Modifications

Fexyn may modify these terms at any time with 30 days advance notice via email or dashboard notification. Continued participation in the Program after the notice period constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you do not agree to the changes, you may terminate your participation before the changes take effect.
