Refund policy

How the 7-day free trial and 30-day money-back guarantee work, in plain language. The full legal terms live in the Terms of Service.

7-day free trial

New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full access to the Fexyn VPN Windows app. The trial starts when you create your account, and there is no charge during the trial window.

At the end of the trial, you can choose a paid plan to keep using the service. If you do not subscribe, the account simply stops connecting.

30-day money-back guarantee

Eligible plans include a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first paid subscription period. If Fexyn is not a good fit, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your first paid charge.

Partial-month refunds are not available after the 30-day guarantee period. Cryptocurrency payments are refunded to the original payment method.

How to request a refund

Email support@fexyn.com from the address on your Fexyn account.
Include the date of your first paid charge and the payment method you used. This helps support find the right invoice.
Support will confirm the refund and process it back to your original payment method. Card refunds typically settle within a few business days; cryptocurrency refunds depend on the network used for the original payment.

When the guarantee does not apply

Renewal charges after the first paid period are not covered by the 30-day guarantee. You can cancel the subscription at any time from the dashboard to stop future renewals.
Accounts terminated for serious abuse or violations of the Terms of Service are not eligible for refunds.
Add-ons or upgrades purchased mid-cycle are pro-rated against your existing plan rather than refunded outright.

Cancelling without a refund

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the dashboard. Cancellation stops the next renewal — your access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for.

About the Beta period

Fexyn VPN is currently in Beta. The Windows app is available now and full public release is expected early 2027. Trial and refund terms apply during Beta the same way they will at general availability — the goal is to make trying Fexyn risk-free.
