Disney+ availability is global but the catalogue varies enormously by region. The US version has the largest Disney+ originals collection plus the unique Hulu bundle option. International versions outside the US bundle 'Star' content — Disney's mature programming that lives on Hulu in the US. Disney+ Hotstar in India bundles IPL cricket, Bollywood films, and Indian-original content. Each region's licensing produces a different catalogue.

Does Disney+ have different content by region?
Yes, dramatically. The US catalogue is the largest. International Disney+ outside the US bundles 'Star' content (mature Disney/ABC content not in the US Disney+, kept in Hulu in the US). Disney+ Hotstar in India bundles cricket and Bollywood content not on Disney+ elsewhere. Each region's catalogue reflects local licensing.
What is Disney+ Hotstar?
Disney+ Hotstar is the Disney+ branding in India and a few other South Asian markets. It bundles Disney+ originals plus cricket coverage, Bollywood films, and Hindi-language original series. From outside India, accessing Hotstar specifically requires a VPN to an Indian exit. Fexyn does not currently operate Indian servers, so we cannot help with Hotstar today; providers with Indian server pools are the right tool for that use.
Does Disney+ block VPNs?
Moderately. Disney+ blocks a meaningful share of commercial VPN IP ranges (industry estimates put detection on the order of 70% of commercial VPNs depending on the week and provider). Less aggressive than Netflix or BBC iPlayer, but not as permissive as Apple TV+. Mismatches usually show a region-specific catalogue or refuse access. Smaller VPN providers tend to evade detection longer than the major brands.
Can I subscribe to Disney+ in a cheaper region?
Disney+ pricing varies by country (Indonesia and Malaysia are cheaper; Australia and most of Europe more expensive). New subscriptions usually require a payment method matching the target region. The arbitrage is harder than it looks; we recommend the legitimate residence-based approach.
Which Fexyn server should I connect to?
Ashburn for US Disney+ (largest catalogue). Frankfurt or Helsinki for European Disney+ (different content; Star bundle). For Indian Disney+ Hotstar, we do not currently operate Indian servers; another provider is the right choice for that specific use.
